The charity ride will be jointly hosted with the City of Hampton as signature events that commemorate the 2019 Landing of Africans at Point Comfort.  The charity Ride will focus on the global commemoration of the 400th anniversary of a pivotal happenings in English North America’s Virginia colony: the arrival of the first Africans in North America. The First African Arrival occurred at Point Comfort in 1619, present site of national monument Fort Monroe in present-day Hampton, Virginia.
